Name/initial papers, have all supplies at hand: watercolor paints, brushes, paper towels, water cups, pencils. Timed slideshow of figure poses: Drawing Paper 10 @ 30 seconds -- 1 color only (5 min) 4 @ 1 minute -- any 2 colors (4 min) 2 @ 5 minutes -- Sketch in pencil first, then any colors / techniques Negative Space Positive Space 10 min Watercolor Paper 1 @ 10 minutes — Sketch in pencil first, then any colors / techniques 10 min Choose a drawing to revise and/or elaborate further 10 min Critique / Discuss
